WPNG Membership Benefits
As our name implies, WPNG is all about networking! We help you create a network for career enhancement and professional development by putting you in touch with other English-speaking, internationally minded, professional women, and we do this via several means:
- Our Monthly Meetings – a chance to network informally followed by a guest-speaker presentation geared towards the professional interests of our member base. Annually, we also run a full networking evening, which will enable you to extend the conversation with your fellow WPNG members.
- Our Website – the latest news about WPNG events and speakers. Members can also join the WPNG group on LinkedIn and connect directly to other members and their professional networks!
- Our ORAs – are you looking for a job, advertising a service or an event, or do you have anything else of interest to share with our WPNG members? The WPNG Offers, Requests and Announcements is a bi-monthly service from members to members. As a member, placing an ad in the WPNG ORAs is completely free of charge, the only thing you need to do is follow a few simple guidelines, which can be downloaded from this website.
- Our Social Events – apart from all the professional networking, WPNG is also about friendship and fun! That’s why we organise social events at least twice a year. Ski weekends, restaurant outings and Christmas parties allow members to really get to know each other!
- Partnerships with other Associations – from the WPNG presence at Lyon à la carte to sharing networks with FIBA, AmCham, and WWNG, one of our goals is to expand the presence of WPNG in Lyon.
Membership fee is 30 euros per year (September through August). To become a member, download and fill out the membership form and send it with your check of 30 euros, made payable to WPNG, to our treasurer at the address mentioned on the form.
