Call to attend our fifth Annual General Meeting

Tuesday, June 8, 2010 – 19H30 at KPMG

As an official French association, it is now once again time for us to hold our Annual General Meeting, or Assemblée Générale Ordinaire, which will take place before the start of our June meeting on June 8, 2010 at KPMG in Vaise.

AGENDA

  1. Progress report since the last AGM (12 May 2009)
  2. Financial report since the last AGM
  3. Plans for next season
  4. Election of the WPNG Steering Committee

    If for any reason you cannot attend the AGM, but still wish to vote, you can ask another member to vote for you and let us know by sending an email by June 4 to info[at]wpng.org stating: “Je donne pouvoir à … (the other member’s name) pour me représenter à l’Assemblée Générale Ordinaire de l’association Women’s Professional Networking Group in Lyon qui se tiendra le mardi 8 juin 2010 à 19:30 heures.”

    We look forward to seeing as many of you at the AGM as possible!
