October 2009 meeting: Sara Thomason on NLP

Wednesday, October 7th, 2009

Tuesday, October 13, 2009 – 19H00-21H30 at KPMG

Have you ever wondered why you act or react the way you do? Why you say the things you do? Why you keep experiencing the same frustration over and over again?

Neuro-Linguistic programming opens the lid of the brain-box to peep inside and understand just how the brain functions, our thoughts organize themselves and how the brain codes learning and experience.  It analyses how this coding affects all our communication and behavior. How it affects the way we learn and how we experience the world around us. It is a key to reaching goals and achieving excellence

Sara Thomason started her career as a sports trainer before turning to corporate and academic language training.  Over her 30 years of experience, she has specialized in people and organization development.

Sara has a passion for helping others achieve their goals, either through training courses, one-to-one coaching, or group-coaching. She works with adults and university students, using the very latest cutting edge tools to help coach the best from each individual and help them overcome blocks. She believes that when people invest in themselves with the right training and coaching, the personal, corporate and academic results are phenomenal.

Sara is today a certified Executive and Personal coach and has achieved her goal of starting her own company to help others achieve fulfillment in their lives and at work.
Sara is a Master NLP Practitioner, a Global NLP Trainer and Consultant and a qualified executive and personal coach.  She also completed a Masters in Organisation Development with NLT (neuro linguistic technology).
